At an incipient stage, the plant offers lots with 10 tons of goods each. Delivery conditions – EXW (warehouse of the seller). The starting price of a commodity is 239,9 thousand soums per ton.
According to experts of the market, the emergence of a new player will foster competition and will have a positive impact on the situation in the domestic cement market.
