Mikrokreditbank inks Memorandum of cooperation with Italian Rabbit Breeding Association
The cooperation set to allow to improve the technology of rabbit breeding, expand the network of artificial breeding of purebred rabbits, uninterrupted provision of veterinary services to entrepreneurs and population, cultivation of rabbit meat, as well as carrying out systematic work on the genetics of rabbits, their reproduction and physiology, including the development of new breeds of rabbits for meat and fur.
JSCB Microcreditbank held a conference devoted to the cultivation of rabbit meat in a commercial way in our Republic.
Within the framework of this conference, a Memorandum on mutual cooperation was signed between JSCB Mikrokreditbank and the Italian Rabbit Breeding Association on further development of the rabbit-breeding sphere.
The cooperation set to allow to improve the technology of rabbit breeding, expand the network of artificial breeding of purebred rabbits, uninterrupted provision of veterinary services to entrepreneurs and population, cultivation of rabbit meat, as well as carrying out systematic work on the genetics of rabbits, their reproduction and physiology, including the development of new breeds of rabbits for meat and fur.
The event saw Chairman of the Board of JSCB Microcreditbank, Director of the Italian Association - Miguel Chiavetta, Deputy Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Uzbekistan – Fabrizio Bielli, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Italy – Atabek Akbarov, as well as representatives of mass media.
56 specialized rabbit agricultural firms have been created to date in Uzbekistan, 65 enterprises have expressed a desire to develop this sphere so far. During the period from 2015 to 2018, 31.3 billion soum worth loans were allocated to these agricultural firms.
