This was stated in the draft decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures for radically improving the support system for the development of entrepreneurship and improvement of business conditions" published on the portal discussing normative legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The draft decree was prepared by the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The draft can be found at www.regulation.gov.uz. Comments and proposals are accepted by August 31 of this year.
