The Ministry of Finance has published a report on regulation and supervision of insurance activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017.
Within supervision activities, the Ministry of Finance applied penalties against insurance companies in the amount exceeding 39.000 euros at the rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Fines were applied in connection with the identified violations as a result of the inspections, as well as other control measures by the Ministry.
