Most insurance companies of Uzbekistan achieved significant positive results in terms of insurance premiums in 2017. Out of 27 insurance companies, 23 achieved positive results in terms of insurance premiums. According to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, following 2017 results, the composition of the first three market leaders has changed.
The TOP 3 now includes JSC Uzagrosugurta (14.5%), NEIC Uzbekinvest (14.1%) and LLC Gross Insurance (8.8%).
The market concentration level for the first three market leaders comprised 37.3%.
