Foreign Ministry to hold international conference in Tashkent
On 11 August, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of the Information-Analytical Center of International Relations, UNDP headquarters and the office of the OSCE project co-ordinator will hold an international conference "Central Asia – the main priority of foreign policy of Uzbekistan". The event will take place in Tashkent.
On 11 August, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of the Information-Analytical Center of International Relations, UNDP headquarters and the office of the OSCE project co-ordinator will hold an international conference "Central Asia – the main priority of foreign policy of Uzbekistan". The event will take place in Tashkent.
According to the organizers, the forum aims to inform the general public about the nature and content of the contemporary regional policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, strengthening relations of friendship and good neighbourliness with neighbouring countries.
The event is set to be attended by deputies of Oliy Majlis, experts and analysts from Central Asian countries, diplomatic corps of Tashkent, ambassadors of Uzbekistan to neighbouring countries, representatives of ministries and departments, scientific and analytical centers, as well as journalists.
