Justice ministries of Uzbekistan and Iran ink MOC
In accordance with the Memorandum, cooperation will be carried out in such areas as the protection of human rights and civil liberties, law-making, legal services, training and professional development of legal personnel.
The ministries of justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran signed a Memorandum of Cooperation within the framework of the meeting of justice ministers of justice of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
The Memorandum aims at developing cooperation in the legal sphere in accordance with the generally recognized principles and norms of international law, as well as establishing bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation and exchange of experience.
In accordance with the Memorandum, cooperation will be carried out in such areas as the protection of human rights and civil liberties, law-making, legal services, training and professional development of legal personnel.
