The speaker of the Legislative chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Uzbekistan, Nobuaki Ito.
The speaker of the Legislative chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Uzbekistan, Nobuaki Ito.
During the meeting the Ambassador was informed about the ongoing reforms in line with the Action Strategy, as well as the activities of the Legislative chamber, new approaches to the organization of work of deputy corps to study the real situation on places, strengthening the dialogue with voters.
In turn, N. Ito said that the Japanese have a lot of supporters to further strengthen friendly ties with Uzbekistan. The political circles of Japan appreciate the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on further reforms. He underlined that Japan supports the expansion of cooperation with Uzbekistan and is ready to support and assist in the implementation of reforms in various spheres of the state and society.
