The international conference is attended by the heads of such authoritative international organizations as the UN organization for education, science and culture — UNESCO, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation — OIC, the Islamic organization for education, science and culture - ISESCO, the International Research Centre for Islamic history, Art and Culture - ISESCO, as well as scientists and specialists from USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan, Russia, Japan and other countries, representatives of leading scientific and educational institutions of the world.
