The number of researchers-specialists who have performed scientific research and experimental design developments in the fields:
- Natural Sciences - 9.3 thousand people
- Social Sciences-5.8 thousand people
- Technical sciences - 4.8 thousand people
- Medical Sciences-4.6 thousand people
- Humanities - 4.4 thousand people
- Agricultural Sciences-1.4 thousand people
