Turkiye ranks 4th among uzbekistan's largest foreign trade partners
It has been 32 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkiye and Uzbekistan. During this time, Cooperation has been established in various fields. The trade turnover of countries increased by 2.9 times, exports by 2.5 times, and imports by 3.5 times. To mark these significant relations, the Turkish Council for Foreign Economic Relations organized an Iftar event.
The Turkish Council for Foreign Economic Relations collaborated on the Iftorlik program, which was attended by representatives of Uzbek media, deputies, and other officials. The event showcased the Turkish national cuisine, attracting the attention of the attendees. During the program, the foreign trade indicators of Uzbekistan were discussed, highlighting the country's top 10 trading partners,and Turkiye is among them.
Speakers during the meeting noted that the two states are united by both history and culture. They stated that many effective things can be done in harmony, and these activities are encouraged.
