In January, Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov said that the country will stop natural gas export by 2025, the entire volume produced is planned to be processed inside. Moreover, by the end of 2020, all energy consumers will have gas and electricity meters. This would reduce energy consumption and prevent problems associated with unrealistic payments.
