CMS COP14 continues in Samarkand
CMS COP14 continues in Samarkand. Plenary sessions, press conferences, meetings, and negotiations are going even more interesting by discussing the future of the migratory species. The event is not limited to these; during the day, a tour of the art residency in Samarkand was organized for distinguished guests, international organizations, and media outlets.
The exhibition showcased about 100 paintings by 40 young artists. The main goal is to strengthen the feeling of love for the rare animals included in the Red Book of Uzbekistan, to demonstrate the unique natural heritage of the country, and to raise the ecological culture and awareness of the young generation. During the tour, the guests shared their emotions with the mass media.
The exhibition will be open to local residents and visitors for about a month. According to the results of the exhibition, the best works will be selected by an authorized jury consisting of professional artists, and their authors will be awarded monetary prizes.
