Hydrometeorological Agency to Install Weather Stations Across Uzbekistan
The joint project between the "Zamin" Foundation and the Hydrometeorological Service Agency is ongoing. It involves setting up 8 automatic stations in Tashkent city and 7 regions. Additional stations will be installed in Andijan, Namangan, Navoi, Fergana, Bukhara, Kashkadarya, Tashkent regions, and Tashkent city.
Once configured and tested, the equipment will be connected to a single database. Regional employees will receive training to manage the stations. Data from these stations will be transmitted to the national platform monitoring.meteo.uz.
