The my.gov.uz portal will expand its services to a total of 700, following the presidential decision aimed at boosting Uzbekistan's ranking in the United Nations' "Electronic Government Survey" report. Starting June 1, 2024, new digital services will primarily debut in the mobile app of the Unified Interactive State Services Portal.
By the close of 2024, the single portal will offer 700 services, with a target automation rate of 65%. A minimum of 75% of these digital services will be accessible through the mobile app.
Additionally, several specialized portals will launch on specific dates:
- Beginning January 1, 2024, a digital government system will provide citizens and entrepreneurs with various opportunities.
- Starting June 1, 2024, an information platform will offer details about green areas, parks, and public spaces across the republic.
- From September 1, 2024, an information source will become available for public transport in Tashkent city.
Furthermore, a project will be developed to establish a unified, centralized "112" dispatching service in all regions of the republic. This service will handle urgent calls from the population efficiently.
