“Step into future” program to help graduates find jobs
The “Step into the Future” program, designed to help graduates of higher education institutions find employment, will be implemented. This is stated in the presidential decree to Support the Employment of Higher Education Graduates.
According to the resolution, graduate students of higher education institutions who want to implement their business ideas will receive full support, including financial assistance to develop their ideas into ready-made projects. Open competitions will be held among graduate and undergraduate students in various fields, and the winners will be assisted in finding employment.
Additionally, a system will be established to identify the needs of potential employers, including large enterprises, and to define the required qualifications for specialists with higher education. The winners of the competition will receive funding for initial professional training based on individual vocational education programs tailored to the needs of potential employers. These programs will offer opportunities for internships at production facilities and participation in short-term training courses at higher education institutions abroad.
