Uzbekistan Railways refunds 87 thousand tickets
All passenger trains with international destinations were temporarily canceled on March 16, and domestic journeys were suspended from March 24.
All passengers who bought tickets from Uzbekistan Railway between March 14-27 are entitled to a full refund. So far, 87 thousand tickets have been refunded in full and refunds are applicable to electronic tickets as well.
Since the implementation of the temporary cessation of the movement of passenger trains, both international and domestic, each wagon of passenger trains, and related buildings and facilities have undergone thorough disinfection.
