74 JSC`s violate disclosure rules during first half-year
According to article 44 of the Law "On securities market", joint-stock companies are obliged to post information about their activities, including the balance sheet and financial statements on a Single Portal of Corporate Information (www.openinfo.uz) and their official websites.
The Agency for the Development of the Capital Market revealed a number of violations of the law by joint-stock companies in the first half of 2019. In particular, 74 joint-stock companies violated the rules of information disclosure by the issuer of securities.

Despite the requirements, 51 joint-stock companies have not published relevant information on the results of the first half of 2019 on the Single portal.
