Entrepreneurs' Stability Ratings Kick In
The government issued new decision, approving the regulation outlining the process for determining the stability rating of business entities.
Starting February 1, 2024, the sustainability rating of business entities will be enforced as per the President's decision. This initiative aims to recognize and support entrepreneurs who operate in accordance with legal requirements.
The rating will be generated online through the "Entrepreneurs' Stability Rating" electronic platform managed by the Tax Committee. The results will be publicly accessible on the Chamber of Commerce's official website.
Entrepreneurs' overall performance score will be calculated based on valid indicators at the evaluation time, along with the corresponding assigned points. The information will be accessible in real time through the taxpayer's personal office.
If any objections arise regarding the rating data, they should be directed to the Tax Committee. The committee will address reported objections within one working day.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry will oversee the rating data and ensure a prompt response to incoming appeals. Notably, this regulation applies exclusively to legal entities.
