Properties located in these areas are offered for a 10-year lease with the subsequent transfer to a private property of the entrepreneur. Registration of the real estate at the cadastral agency is carried out on a free basis.
In addition, participants of small industrial zones enjoy all tax privileges available in the country.
The State competition committee invites potential entrepreneurs to participate in the bidding with their business projects for the implementation of activities of small industrial zones.
