Uzbekistan Railways to resume communication with Russia and Kazakhstan
Uzbekistan Railways has sent appeals to Russia and Kazakhstan for the resumption of international railway communication.
“This appeal is being considered by the competent state authorities of both countries," the company said in a statement.
There are only two flights a week between the countries, which can be used by all Uzbek citizens. There are also charter flights, but they are available only to those who have special documents authorizing entry to the Russian Federation.
