Uzbekistan may simplify IMEI code registration
The Uzbek government is considering a draft decree that would simplify the registration of IMEI codes. The Ministry of Digital Technologies reports this. Thus, registration of IMEI codes may become available with Face ID technology.
Also, the validity period of a foreigner's SIM card without IMEI-code registration will be extended. Now the cutoff is after 30 days.
