Senate of Uzbekistan approves Law "On innovation”
The Law regulates legal, economic and organizational relations in the field of innovation and innovation activity. The Law will become a legal basis for individuals and legal entities, including scientists, entrepreneurs, non-governmental non-profit organizations.
The regular plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis considered Law "On innovation activity".
The document is a logical continuation of the Law "On science and scientific activity" and provides a link between science and production. The innovation is developed through the formation of a favorable environment for the creation and application of innovative products and services, improving the legal system's interest in innovation, innovation infrastructure development and innovative business support.
