Senators approve law on distribution of legal information

The senators started their work with consideration of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On disseminating legal information and providing access to it."
Until today, the procedure of dissemination of legal information has been governed by more than 20 normative acts. However, they do not include information about the powers of state bodies and other organizations in the field of dissemination of legal information and providing access to it.
Along with this, ways of disseminating legal information is not systemized. This leads to serious omissions and shortcomings in this area. With the adoption of the law, as was noted at the meeting, all these issues will be resolved.
