The Prosecutor General's Office will introduce a new system of control over the implementation of state programs

On October 17, a meeting was held in the presence of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the issue of monitoring the spending of funds allocated to the infrastructure of neighborhoods.

It is known that on October 11, a meeting of video selectors was held to resolve the issues that residents are concerned about. He told a lot of news that pleased the people and was aimed at people's benefit.

In particular, in the remaining two months of this year, 2 trillion 700 billion soums will be allocated to improve the infrastructure of 5,284 neighborhoods.The amount of funds for the repair of internal roads will be increased by 2.2 times. 1 trillion 300 billion soums will be allocated to projects in 1,500 neighborhoods within the framework of the "Initiative Budget". Next year, 8 trillion soums will be allocated for "Initiative Budget" projects.
At the meeting, the issues of effective use and control of these funds were discussed.
"Next year, we will switch to a new system of formation and implementation of "Obad Mahalla", "Obad Kyshlov", road construction and other state investment programs. These programs and expenses will be directed only to the projects voted by the population.
"Prosecutors should ensure that every soum allocated are used in its proper place," the president said.

Therefore, at the meeting, the Prosecutor General gave information about the implementation of a new control system for the implementation of state programs, prevention of robbery and violations of the law, and implementation of constructions based on an open system. The President gave instruction to expand the participation of the population in the control of construction processes, to include neighbourhood chairmen in the commissions for the acceptance of objects.
Starting from January 1 of next year, it was decided to attract foreign technical and inspection specialists to construction objects worth more than 10 billion soums, and to develop project documents for state objects on the basis of the "Construction Resources Classifier" platform. This platform allows building materials prices to be formed based on a single principle.
The anti-corruption agency was tasked with ensuring public access to information about projects, contractors and construction.
