Finnish parliamentarians visit International Nordic University
A delegation of Nordic parliamentarians from Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Iceland visited the International Nordic University in Tashkent. This visit was part of the 150th anniversary assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union held in Central Asia for the first time.
The university’s leadership warmly welcomed the delegation. As part of their visit, the delegation had the opportunity to view a photo exhibition.
Following the visit, the Nordic parliamentarians also reflected on their participation in the 150th Anniversary Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. They highlighted key topics discussed during the sessions, including climate change, the ethical use of artificial intelligence, and the importance of international parliamentary cooperation in addressing global challenges.
The delegation expressed their gratitude in the Nordic Diplomatic Expressions Book, marking the successful visit and strong cultural ties between Uzbekistan and the Nordic countries.
