An agreement was reached at the meeting to sign a memorandum of cooperation. According to it, starting from 2023, 1.2 million Uzbek boys and girls will participate in online courses on the Coursera platform in 3 main areas of IT (Frontend, Python course, IT-English) and had the opportunity to receive relevant certificates.
Young people who have completed these courses and obtained the certificate will have a wider opportunity to be accepted for high-paying jobs in IT companies or to receive orders through freelancing. Coursera is an international open online learning platform that offers a range of cognitive and educational programs, including interactive projects and peer reviews, courses, specializations, program certificates.
It also cooperates with leading companies and universities such as Illinois, Duke, Google, IBM, Stanford, Imperial College London and others.
