Uzbek Boxers Leads in WBO Rankings
The WBO released the updated January rankings, and Bahodir Jalolov secured a spot in the super heavyweight category at 15th place. In total, six of our boxers made it into the rankings:
1. Hasanboy Dosmatov holds the 7th position in the super lightweight category (48.8 kg), improving from 8th place last month.
2. Olimjon Nazarov claimed the 5th spot in the very light weight category (50.8 kg), moving up by two places from the previous month.
3. Murodjon Ahmadaliyev stands at 7th place in the light weight category (55.3 kg), down from 6th place last month.
4. Shahram Giyosov maintains the 3rd position in the middleweight category (66.6 kg).
5. Bektemir Melikoziyev secured the 7th place in the super middleweight category (76.2 kg), retaining his position from last month.
These rankings highlight the impressive performances of Uzbek boxers across different weight categories.
