Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov plans to build an international business center in Namangan.
A congress hall, a business school, an 18-storey five-star hotel, an ecopark and a sports and recreation complex will be located on 6 hectares, and the surrounding area will be decorated with artificial lakes and fountains.
The center will host international symposiums and business forums.
"Construction of the international business center will begin in spring. This will accelerate the flow of investment to Namangan and create opportunities for business tourism. This center will become a kind of Namangan brand, " says Shavkat Abdurazzakov, mayor of Namangan region.
