Poland enters top nine largest importers of Uzbek textile products
Ready-made garments account for the lion`s share of exports at 60%.
Poland imported $62.7mn worth Uzbekistan made textile products in 2020, up 54% y/y, Uztekstilprom reported with reference to Uzbek ambassador in Poland.

In addition, two textile trading houses started operation in the city of Lodz.
The ambassador said that Uzbek textile products are to be showcased on the textile wholesale market "GD International" in Warsaw this year.
Last year Uzbekistan exported $1.9bn worth of textile products to 70 foreign countries. This is $295.3mn more than in 2019.

China - $ 438.2 million
Kyrgyzstan - $ 283.9 million
Turkey - $ 206.1 million
Poland - $ 43.4 million
Kazakhstan - $ 42.3 million
Tajikistan - $ 34.7 million
Ukraine - $ 33.1 million
