Uzbekistan`s foreign trade turnover reaches $23bn in 9 months
Measures taken by the government resulted in the strengthening of cooperation with the CIS countries.
The foreign trade turnover of Uzbekistan amounted to $23 billion in January-September, 17.2% up year-on-year. Exports comprised $ 9.4 billion (0.4% decrease), imports - $ 13.7 billion (33.3% growth). The foreign trade balance made up minus $4.3 billion.
Measures taken by the government resulted in the strengthening of cooperation with the CIS countries. The share of CIS countries in foreign trade turnover in January-September 2018 amounted to 38.6%.
