Ministries relocating to new Tashkent
The executive bodies at the republican level will relocate to New Tashkent, and their current buildings will be sold. The money earned from the sale will be used to construct administrative buildings in New Tashkent. This decision has been approved by the President.
The coordinating council responsible for constructing New Tashkent city must propose within three months how to move the republic's executive authorities there, efficiently use their existing administrative buildings, and allocate funds from their sale for constructing new administrative buildings in the area.
