Uzbekistan hosts “M360 GSMA Eurasia 2025” forum
To position Uzbekistan as a regional IT hub and boost the investment appeal of its digital market, the “M360 Eurasia 2025” Forum has kicked off in Tashkent. Organized by GSMA in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the event aims to strengthen regional cooperation in mobile technology and digital transformation.
The forum marks a significant step toward advancing digital transformation in Central Asia. It brings together over 500 delegates, more than 40 renowned speakers, and representatives from over 200 international IT companies.
Throughout the forum, participants discussed critical topics such as the evolution of artificial intelligence, regional digital transformation, and next-generation networks. Experts are also presenting cutting-edge innovations in 5G, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.
The Council of Heads of Communications Administrations and the Coordinating Council on Informatization of CIS member states held meetings to discuss the improvement of communication systems across the region. Proposals included opening a representative office of the Regional Cooperation Organization in Uzbekistan and expanding its member states.
Hosting this large-scale regional event in Uzbekistan for the first time marks a key moment in the region’s digital transformation. The forum will continue until May 21.
