Uzbekistan loses position in Global Passport Index
Uzbekistan has lost its position in the Henley & Partners world passport ranking. The republic is currently placed 91st out of 116 countries.
Uzbekistan shares its position with Côte d'Ivoire. Comparing to the last year’s data, the Uzbek passport has lost 5 positions. The holders of it can visit 57 countries of the world.
Among the Central Asian states, Kazakhstan has the best result, being placed 74th. Kyrgyzstan was placed 85th, Tajikistan 90th and Turkmenistan 95th.
The Japanese passport, which gives access to 193 countries, tops the ranking.
