Concert of fake Yulduz Usmanova ends with criminal case

"In relation to one of the organizers of the concert of Yulduz Usmanova, 43-year-old Saidjon Ganiev, a criminal case was opened under article 247, part 2 of the Criminal code of Tajikistan (fraud committed by a group of persons by prior agreement). He is charged with two counts of fraud: for having organized a concert, as well as for deceiving a person for 7 thousand somoni," Sharifi said.
Akbar Sharifi said that the investigation is ongoing and it will show whether a criminal case will be opened against another organizer of this concert.
