Today, it is observed that the visit of foreign citizens to Uzbekistan has increased significantly. In order to create favorable conditions for the citizens of foreign countries, the Ministry of Justice issued a personal identification number (JSHSHIR) of an individual at the Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov.
For information, from July 1, 2021, JSHSHIR has been designated as a single identifier that confirms the identity of a citizen in the provision of public services.
Now, a foreign citizen can get a JSHSHIR without leaving the airport. For this, it is sufficient to present an identity document at the JSHSHIR branch located in the airport area.
