Justice Ministry plans to abolish monopoly of Avtotest
According to the project, all economic entities that meet the requirements established by law will be eligible to engage in training and improving the skills of drivers.
The Ministry of justice is preparing a draft decision of the Government providing for the abolition of the monopoly of Avtotest in the field of training, retraining and advanced training of drivers of vehicles. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of justice.
According to the project, all economic entities that meet the requirements established by law will be eligible to engage in training and improving the skills of drivers.
The requirement for periodic training of drivers of legal entities is set to be reconsidered as well. It is proposed to maintain the periodic training requirement only in respect of persons engaged in commercial transportation.
A decision on the compulsory training of drivers of legal entities at the training complexes of Avtotest was adopted in September last year.
The approval of this document caused a wide resonance among the population, especially entrepreneurs.
