New Names for Tashkent Metro Stations Unveiled
The Tashkent metro's overground stations received names through the government decision titled "On naming the stations of the Tashkent metro." According to this decision, the metro will connect to stations 1-14 of the "Dustlik - Kuylik" line on the underground metro ring road named "Thirty years of the independence of Uzbekistan."
Additionally, the "Chilonzor" road's "Olmazor - Sergeli" stations and the first five stations (totaling 19 stations) route were also named.
