The purpose of the visit is to discuss the technical, legal and financial issues related to the opening of a branch of Webster University in Tashkent and reaching agreement on the beginning of its functioning from the new academic year – September 2018.
A corresponding agreement was signed following the Uzbek-American business forum held within the September visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in New York.
