Uzbek figure skating athlete wins gold medal at the tournament in Korea
About 130 young sportsmen from 25 countries participated in the project "Dream Program" organized in the Republic of Korea. This project is organized in the framework of cooperation between the National Olympic Committees of the Republic of Korea and Uzbekistan, the main purpose of which is to further development of winter sports in our country, testing the capabilities of the younger generation who can take part in the Winter Olympics in 2026 in Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo. Three of those participants were athletes from Uzbekistan. Member of Uzbekistan's junior figure skating team Amaliya Suleymanova won first place in individual competition in the event and climbed onto the highest step of the podium.
