Uzbekistan stays 58th in FIFA rankings
FIFA has released its updated national team rankings for November. Uzbekistan remains 58th, the same position as in October, with 1424.93 points. The team is ranked 7th in Asia. In October, Uzbekistan had 1429 points. The top three teams in Asia are Japan, Iran, and South Korea.
World Champion Argentina leads the global ranking, followed by France and Spain. Despite poor performances in November, Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, retains the top spot.
During the November FIFA Days, Uzbekistan played two matches. On November 14, they lost 2-3 in Qatar. Five days later, they defeated North Korea in Laos, with Abbosbek Fayzullayev scoring the only goal. Uzbekistan's next match is on March 20 at home against Kyrgyzstan.
