Tashkent commissions new open-air ice rink
The city's open-air ice rink and accompanying holiday zone will operate for one month. During this time, the open-air ice rink will host a number of cultural, entertainment and sports events.
The Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theater in Tashkent will see the opening of a new open-air ice rink on January 7.
The project is implemented by the State Committee for Tourism Development and Art Uz Promotion Agency with the support of the capital's administration.
Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development Aziz Abdukhakimov visited the ice rink with officials and discussed issues related to the opening of the project.
