Uzbekistan`s foreign exchange reserves dip by $270.6 million
According to the Central Bank, Uzbekistan's net gold and currency reserves as of August 1 amounted to $26 billion 365 million.
Gross gold and foreign exchange reserves of Uzbekistan as of August 1 decreased by $270.6 million and amounted to $27 billion 389 million. Including assets in foreign currency - $13 billion 597 million, monetary gold - $13 billion 792 million.
The dip in gross international reserves was caused by the decrease in the price of gold for the reporting period from $1250.55 to $1219.20/ Tr.oz. (estimated impact on decline - $347 million).
