Uzbekistan Airways has announced new refund rules for air tickets and services.
From now on, the refund of amounts paid by passengers before December 31, 2020, is guaranteed by special deposit vouchers.
The document is issued for the amount of the ticket price to be refunded, plus a bonus of 5% of this amount at the place of purchase of the ticket.
Deposit vouchers can be used by passengers to pay for any other transportation or additional services on Uzbekistan Airways flights within a year from the date of their registration.
Once the term expires, the unused deposit amount will be refunded to the passenger in the form of initial payment.
