CGSS publishes report: Uzbekistan: New Era of Development
“Driven by aspiring and speedy reform series, Uzbekistan is stirring towards a more inclusive, integrated economy”, - the report says.
Center for Global & Strategic Studies (CGSS) of Pakistan has published a report: Uzbekistan: New Era of Development. The document was drawn up by Lieutenant Colonel Khalid Taimur Akram (Retd), Executive Director of CGSS.
“Driven by aspiring and speedy reform series, Uzbekistan is stirring towards a more inclusive, integrated economy”, - the report says.
The Government’s ‘Strategy of Actions in Five Priority Areas for the Development of Uzbekistan, 2017-2021’ includes the following reforms:
- Economic liberalization.
- Development of the social and environmental spheres
- Constructive foreign policy
- Rule of law
- Good governance
