A birth certificate with a coat of arms is issued based on citizens' requests at any time, with the collection of a coat of arms fee in the amount determined by the departments of registration of civil status documents.
Also, from November 1, 2022 to July 1, 2023, it was decided to conduct a legal experiment on accepting applications for registration of marriage and divorce through district (city) state service centers of Syrdarya region.
If, according to the results of the legal experiment, it is found appropriate to introduce these state services through state service centers, amendments and additions will be made to the legislative documents.
