Procedure for issuing duplicate diploma Established

• Issuance of duplicates of documents on higher, secondary specialized and vocational education (diploma, certificate) will be carried out through the Public Service Centers or SPIS (my.gov.uz). The Government Decree of July 21 approved the Administrative Regulations for this process.

• This service can be useful for graduates of educational institutions who have lost or spoiled the document, as well as when changing the last name, first name, patronymic.

• The duplicate has the same legal force as the original.

• When the applicant applies to the CSU, the employee fills out the questionnaire electronically on behalf of the applicant. When the applicant fills out the questionnaire through the SPIS, his electronic signature is not required.

• For a public service, a fee is charged in the amount of 1 times the size of the RFS (300,000 soums).

• Failure to pay the fee is grounds for denial of the service.

• If false data is indicated in the questionnaire, the applicant is given 5 working days to eliminate them.

• Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the request, a duplicate of the document is issued, of which the applicant is notified.

• The applicant receives a duplicate document of education from the authorized body.

• At the request of the applicant, a duplicate of the document on education can be sent by the authorized body through the postal service. Postage fees are paid by the applicant.
