Tashkent's Air Quality Improves: PM 2.5 Levels Now Moderate
After a prolonged period, the air in Tashkent has finally returned to a safe state in January. According to the Uzhydromet Agency's monitoring results, the air pollution with small dust particles (PM 2.5) in Tashkent was measured at:
- 15 μg/m3 in the People's Friendship Square of Chilonzor District.
- 13 μg/m3 on "Bodomzor" road in Yunusabad district.
In both areas, the amount of dust falls under the "moderate" category of air pollution according to the AQI - PM 2.5 indicator.
