“Ustoz AI” project explores 40 modern professions
According to the McKinsey Global Institute, 5% of professions are currently automated. However, in the near future, robots may be able to perform 60% of jobs. Scientists predict that 57 specialties will disappear by 2030. To address this, the Youth Affairs Agency has launched the "Ustoz AI" project in cooperation with several organizations.
The program offers free training in 40 high-demand professions, including graphic design, HR, PR, video editing, call center operation, animation, and marketing. At the project's presentation ceremony, it was noted that the interests of 65,000 young people were studied before creating the platform. Positive feedback led to the program's launch.
The project, worked on for six months, produced around 300 lessons. At the event, personnel involved in the program shared their thoughts on the present and future of modern professions, engaging over 300 participants.
The plan aims to increase the number of modern professions to 140 in the project's second stage, with a focus on AI-based specialties. Currently, lessons are available through the project's mobile app, web app, or social media.
