Uzbekistan Repairs 104km of Highways in 2023

Additionally, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' statement No. 23, which focuses on expediting construction and repair efforts in road transport infrastructure in 2023, significant repairs are underway for public highways. As part of this program, 114.4 kilometers of public highways are set to undergo major repair work.
From January to August of this year, 94 kilometers of public highways have already undergone major repairs. This includes the complete repair of the 33-38-kilometer section of the 4R66 highway, which runs through Bukhara region, and the 45-65-kilometer segment of the 4K376 highway in Navoi region, known as "Tomdibulok q. - Pashat q. - Ayakkuduk q." Furthermore, the 40-50-kilometer section of the 4R119 highway in Namangan region, named "Chortoq sh.-Kalishoh q.-Khazratishoh q.-Zarkent q.," has been fully repaired.
These improvements in public road infrastructure will lead to better road conditions and enhance the quality of life for the population. A detailed plan of action has been defined to implement the annual plan, and work continues at a rapid pace.
